Controller
Dyver Technologies Inc. is the controller of your personal information covered by this Policy, except where we process personal information on behalf of a customer. In those cases, the customer is the controller and Dyver acts as a processor.

12. California “Shine the Light” Disclosure
California’s “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to obtain certain information regarding the sharing of certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you would like to obtain a Shine the Light disclosure, please contact us and include “California Shine the Light Request” in the subject line. Please allow up to 45 days for a response.
13. Notice to California Residents
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to request access to, deletion of, and correction of their personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
