Revenue Associate (SDR)

Full-time | Remote or Hybrid (Bucharest-based)

Dyver.AI is an innovative startup using cutting-edge AI to revolutionize how e-commerce merchants transform, enrich, and optimize their product data. We automate complex data workflows, enabling merchants to scale faster with accurate, high-quality product information.

As a Revenue Associate, you will be at the front of our revenue engine: generating qualified conversations, managing early-stage opportunities, and keeping our CRM clean and predictable. You will work closely with the CEO and GTM leads to accelerate deals and expand Dyver’s footprint in the e-commerce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Build targeted lists of potential customers
  • Execute structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Personalize messaging to resonate with e-commerce pain points
  • Book qualified meetings with key decision-makers

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond to prospects quickly and professionally
  • Qualify based on business needs, urgency, and fit
  • Ensure no lead is dropped or overlooked

Early Stage Deal Support

  • Lead first discovery conversations with guidance and script support
  • Identify buyer needs, challenges, and next steps
  • Drive momentum and transitions to closing conversations

CRM & Pipeline Discipline

  • Keep HubSpot up to date with accurate deals and notes
  • Track your metrics and pipeline outcomes
  • Help set standards for clean revenue data and reporting

Continuous Improvement

  • Test and refine outreach messaging and cadences
  • Document what works and what does not
  • Bring customer insights back to the team

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator (written + verbal)
  • Curious and coachable
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
  • Eager to learn how sales motions, GTM strategy, and customer qualification work

Nice-to-Have

  • Some exposure to sales, outreach, or customer engagement
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Interest in e-commerce or SaaS
