Operations & Support Manager (Remote)

Dyver.AI is an innovative startup using cutting-edge AI to revolutionize how ecommerce merchants transform, enrich, and optimize their product data. We automate complex data workflows, enabling merchants to scale faster with accurate, high-quality product information.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Support Manager to lead our operations and customer support functions. This role blends hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities, offering excellent growth opportunities in a fast-growing AI company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven product data enrichment results to customers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Validate enrichment outputs for accuracy, consistency, and relevance to ecommerce SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the AI and development teams to improve prompt engineering strategies for better automation results.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable improvements.
  • Optimize and standardize operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor a small team of support and operations specialists to maintain delivery KPIs and service excellence.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to operations, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 

Customer & Communication Skills

  • Experience managing business customers, ideally in ecommerce or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English (spoken and written).

Organizational Capabilities

  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proven experience building efficient workflows and maintaining structured documentation.

Management & Leadership

  • Ability to lead a small, multidisciplinary team with focus on results and accountability.
  • Competence in assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring delivery quality.
  • KPI-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering to enhance model accuracy and enrichment quality.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce SEO principles, including keyword relevance, product taxonomy, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI workflows, or product data management systems is an advantage.
